The Westin Grand Munich Hotel

I had a fantastic experience at the Westin Grand. The room was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. The Westin Club floor was a great place to relax and enjoy a hot chocolate or a glass of wine. The breakfast was delicious and the check-in staff were wonderful. Despite a minor miscommunication about the cost of breakfast, the staff were generally helpful and assisted us in contacting the car rental company. I would highly recommend booking a Westin Club room and will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I was actually surprised by the great location of the hotel. During my 9-day stay, I had a few issues with housekeeping, but the front desk team was always responsive and helpful. The breakfast buffet, swimming pool, and health club were lovely amenities.

They were friendly, helpful, and always were really nice too ensure my needs were met. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, making it quick and convenient to explore the city.

This was a bit inconvenient and disrupted the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The restaurant had great options for breakfast and the staff was friendly.

The room cleanliness was not up to par, with a cursory clean that left something to be desired.

Impressive spa with amazing facial massage by Sonia! Incredible included breakfast. Big bed, 2 sinks in bathroom, closet space, and a desk. Hotel has indoor pool, sauna, and workout area. U-bahn, bus, and tram stations nearby. Convenient location with shops across the street. Parking and WiFi costs extra.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Some staff members at the hotel seemed indifferent and lacked enthusiasm toward guests.

the Spa & Wellness Centre was a dream, with top, quality massage and facial treatments. the indoor swimming pool was spotless and equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun and reading a book. the catering service was impeccable, with a vast array of delicious dishes and cocktails offered at the bar/lounge area.

Despite the hotel's outstanding services, there was one thing that didn't live up to my expectations. the Finnish sauna was not up to standards, with a few missing tiles and a slightly grungy aspect.

Every moment was exquisite, and my exclusive needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness center was amazing, and with the treatment room, I felt fully refreshed. the indoor swimming pool was a delight, and the sauna helped me to relax even more. the location advantages were top-notch, close to restaurants and shops, with easy access to the metro. the restaurant offered a superb catering service, with a full American breakfast in the bar/lounge area.

Bad Although the service was impeccable, there was only one minor issue. the private facilities could have been better, and the weights were not the best quality that I have experienced.

The hotel offered fantastic amenities including a spacious room with comfortable bedding and lovely bathroom. The location was conveniently situated close to major attractions. the staff provided excellent service.
